Supplying to some of the country’s best known retailers as well as hundreds of independent retailers across the categories of Upholstered Bedroom Furniture, Dining, Occasional, Chairs and Sofas; the reputation of this business is built on delivering market-leading design and a quality finished product that represents value for the end-customer. With growth plans afoot and opportunities galore to expand, to support this growth they are seeking a
**Product & Sales Administrator.**

**Snapshot of Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Sales Director and partnering cross-functionally with other areas of the business, you will be directly involved in planning sales strategies, bringing new products to market, supporting the sales team, & developing relationships with corporate retail buying teams
- You will be at the forefront of all customer service opportunities to deliver an outstanding experience at all levels; supporting the sales team by providing them the tools to do their job, you are the conduit between them and your retailers
- You will develop new customer relationships & nurture existing relationships. Working internally with sales and logistics, you will provide timely and accurate reporting to these business units, so they also can perform at their best
- You will be a problem solver and on a daily basis will take ownership and accountability for your categories, success is through their performance.

**What it Takes**:

- **Experience within a wholesale B2B environment that is fast paced, is critical**:

- You take responsibility and accountability for your role and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Intermediate to advanced skills working with Sales & CRM related databases along with knowledge of the Microsoft suite. Advanced Excel skills is highly desirable as are Tertiary Qualifications in a Business related discipline
- Experience working with and communicating with external parties, you are the brand ambassador for the business
- Strength in **organisation, time management and attention to detail** is paramount
- A fun-loving attitude where you work hard and take great pride in what you do and how you do it.
