**About the role**

This is an entry level position where you will be trained on the job. No previous qualifications or experience is required.

This position allows for a mix of on-site and remote (from home) work. We’re located in South-Western Sydney. If that’s you too, then this is a great opportunity forgo the exhausting commute to the CBD and enjoy a better work/life balance.

**About you**
- **Communicator**: You will be responding to the business will be most of your day, so you will need to enjoy interacting with other employees
- **Meticulous**: You’re someone with an eye for detail who can catch the smallest mistakes before they become big problems
- **Empathetic**: You can appreciate a problem from our end user’s perspective
- **Service-oriented**: You are intrinsically motivated to help
- **Results-oriented**: You keep pushing a project forward until the job is done

You’ll stand out if you:

- Have previous experience in a role supporting users
- Know the basics of business productivity apps like those in Microsoft’s Office
- Have a basic understanding of computer hardware and networking
