**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our BlueScope Distribution business in our **Bibra Lake** team as an **Account Manager - Aluminium**. BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of steel and aluminium products, processing and service solutions. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.

In this customer-facing opportunity, you will build strong partnering relationships with our valued customers with a particular focus on Aluminium products. With your sales aptitude and exceptional customer relationship skills, you will play a key role in servicing and developing your client portfolio to achieve profitable growth of revenue, margin and market share for the business.

This opportunity includes a competitive remuneration package including a laptop, phone, company vehicle and Profit Share Program (annual bonus). **What Will You Do?**

Covering the Perth Metro region, you will:

- deliver on our current Aluminium strategy whilst also being part of its evolution for future growth
- continue to build strong partnerships with our existing customers and identify service improvement and growth opportunities
- work closely with your sales team to grow revenue, margin and market share within the aluminium space
- add value to customers by consistently delivering on our Value Proposition, including cross selling both steel and aluminium products
- develop and execute targeted call cycles and account strategies aligned to business objectives, individual customer requirements and market conditions
- work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and deliver an exceptional service level
- ensure effective pricing management for accounts

**More About You**

Along with your ability to build sustainable relationships with customers and internal teams, you will bring:

- account management experience within a business-to-business environment
- an ability to understand customer requirements and create attractive product and service solutions
- demonstrated aptitude to monitor customer and market conditions and address any opportunities
- competency in using CRM or similar systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Excel
