**About your new role**:

- Weekly stocktake
- Weekly operational report (productivity, costs, revenue)
- Daily Sitrep
- Coordinate the initial assessment phase of freight processing ensuring photographs and required information is captured and communicated correctly
- Coordinate the execution phase of impacted freight ensuring that the departure schedule is adhered to
- Coach/mentor operational team members and provide daily direction around acceptable pallet refurb standards
- Ensure timely actioning of impacted freight in conjunction with interstate Customer Service & WA Customer Service Manager
- Coordinate the disposal of freight in accordance with freight disposal process inclusive of correct record keeping and maintenance of various stock & disposal spreadsheets
- Update and communicate the daily rework schedule based on pending work and key stakeholder correspondence
- Liaise with customers both internal & external - investigate and follow up on queries
- Liaise with other divisional team members
- Monitor efficiency's and take corrective action when required
- Monitor performance and take appropriate corrective action when necessary
- Genuine commitment to safety

**About you**:

- High Risk Work License - Forklift (Essential)
- Provide First Aid and CPR (Desirable)
- Cert III in Transport / Logistics / Warehouse (Desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - at all levels (internal and external)
- A strong focus on customer service
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Acts as leader
- Has the ability to implement change
- Ability to manage (including performance manage) people
- Capable of creating and implementing systems and processes
- Strong Computer and keyboard skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize work. Ability to multitask
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
