**Purpose of the Job**

SPDM is in charge of assessing Suppliers risks and managing associated mitigation plans, related to their capacity to deliver as per Alstom's planning requirements.

**Key Responsibilities during Tender/Project Ramp -up phase/series production/project closure**:

- Consolidate Vendor Demand Multi-Business / Multi-Site
- Manage Supply Chain & Capacity audit
- Define External Vendors Capacity Management
- Follow-Up Needs Expression & Deliveries
- Manage Capacity Self-Declarations
- Coordinate Delivery Crisis Solving
- Collect Monthly KPIs, Review and Monitor Improvement Action Plan.

**Key Requirements /Skills/Competencies**:

- Tertiary qualification in supply chain, procurement or similar is required.
- Highly Experienced in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
- Knowledge and work experienced in use of SAP, or similar ERP system.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledgeable of ERP material management (master data, purchase orders management, material planning ) or ERP architecture understanding (BOM, NCR )
- Relevant experience in a supplier/customer relationship.
