**Role Description**
We are interested to hear from reliable, organised and hard-working individuals to join our Financial Services case assessment team which focuses on banking, insurance and wealth management clients.

The team is responsible for delivering large-scale client projects for Financial Services clients which, depending on the client, can involve potential solutions including:

- Case assessment
- Reporting for Regulators and Ombudsmen
- Investigation
- Claims handling and review

The team works in a target-orientated, quality-controlled environment where being able to work with a high level of accuracy to prescribed processes and to strict deadlines is a prerequisite.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Financial Services Industry regulation and concepts, such as products and distribution channels. You will also possess excellent written communication, organisational and time management skills and have a strong understanding of professional ethics.

**Your new role**
A Case Support Officer (Contractor) will be required to:

- Assist in WIP & case analysis, case allocation, analysis and management of rework and aged cases
- Verify and validate the completeness of case files in line with the prescribed process guidance requirements.
- Conduct partial reviews of junior team members’ case assessments where required.
- Monitoring and Reporting to management elements of the Case Assessment process as required.
- Act as a point of contact between Case Supply and Case Assessment
- Contribute to developing and implementing work flow practices to enhance team efficiency.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Undergraduate degree (business/finance specialisation is strongly preferred)
- Full RG 146 (incl. SMSF and Margin Lending) with up to date CPD is essential (Advanced Financial Planning Diploma is desirable).
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 3+ years experience in the Financial Advice space
- Prior experience in an Advice Compliance, Paraplanning or file audit environment would be desirable.
