Prosperity Media is an established SEO, Content + Digital PR Agency based in Surry Hills, Sydney, with over 20 staff, awarded the best SEO agency in Australia at the Semrush Awards and most recently best APAC SEO campaign at the Global Search Awards. We work with some of the most exciting brands in Australia such as St George, Pepsico, Macquarie Uni Reckon, Danone, and high-growth companies to help them achieve their organic search goals.

We have recently launched our Digital PR team and this hire is to further develop our offering, making it best-in-class. We’re on the hunt for someone who brings a wealth of experience from all aspects of Digital PR.

This role will suit you if:

- You're passionate about and bring experience from the Digital PR space.
- You are knowledgeable about the Australian media landscape with a proven track record of turning campaigns into top tier links and coverage.
- Keen to be part of building up the Digital PR offering in Australia and are not afraid to get sucked into all aspects of the digital PR process.
- You have excellent written and general communications skills.
- Have 2-4 years of experience in Digital PR
- Experience in training junior team members on all things Digital PR. Bonus points if you have management experience.

What you will do:

- Your number one priority will be to help the Digital PR get top tier links and coverage
- You will be focusing on outreach, but as we’re a small team, campaign project management, client management, internal briefing etc. is also a big part of the job.
- Create pitch stories and angles.
- Prospect potential publications and journalists to reach out to.
- Be responsible for reporting and client management.
- Build out our creative content ideation for existing and new clients.
- Build out the Ractive Digital PR process and take a very active lead on this element in particular.
- Brief our internal Data Analyst and Design team on both actual and potential campaign ideas.

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Business, Tafe Diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in the Digital PR industry
- Possess a high degree of determination and grit.
- Interested and experienced in every part of the Digital PR process.
- Someone who can think big and back it up.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude, keen to learn, not afraid to test new methods.
- Ability to maintain a high-quality output of work.
- Highly organised.
- Not afraid to get involved in all aspects of the Digital PR process and suggest improvements based on experience.
- Fantastic time management skills.
- Australian working rights (visa can be discussed).

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
