The role will work across multiple brands in Applejack’s growing portfolio of venues. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with high attention to detail and a can-do attitude. **Key Responsibilities**

Creative Asset Development:

- Collaborate with the marketing & graphics team to conceptualise, brief, and create engaging visual content for digital and print channels.
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
- Utilise industry-standard design software platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to produce creative assets.

Production Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end production process for marketing materials, including print collateral, signage, merchandise, and branded amenities.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards while optimizing costs.
- Maintain accurate records of production timelines, budgets, and inventory levels.

Campaign Execution:

- Assist in the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from initial planning stages to post-campaign analysis.
- Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of marketing assets across digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise future marketing initiatives.

Content Curation and Management:

- Curate user-generated content and guest testimonials to amplify brand storytelling and enhance credibility.
- Manage digital asset libraries, including photo and video archives, to facilitate easy access and sharing among internal stakeholders.

Advertising Schedule Fulfillment:

- Coordinate with advertising partners and agencies to fulfill advertising schedules and placements across various media channels.
- Ensure timely submission of advertising materials and adherence to placement deadlines.
- Monitor advertising performance and provide feedback to optimise future placements and maximize ROI.

General Marketing Duties:

- Assist with planning & execution of venue campaigns, including briefing artwork, executing in-venue and online, and post-campaign reports.
- Ensure all marketing & communication stays true to each venue brand story and guidelines.
- Manage relationships & local area marketing plan with the venue.
- Coordinate venue PR opportunities.
- Be a team player and jump in where needed for the marketing department and venues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, graphic design, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design software platforms.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
