At I-MED Radiology Network, our Contact Centre Agents play a vital role in ensuring that every interaction counts.
We are currently seeking a full time contact centre agent to rotate between our 4 ACT clinics, located in Woden, Deakin, Belconnen and Tuggeranong. 7.6 hour shifts would be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8:30am-5:30pm.
As a Contact Centre Agent, you won't just handle enquiries; you'll be the bridge between patients, referrers, and our clinical teams. Your empathy, problem-solving abilities, and tech-savviness will contribute to exceptional patient care. Join us in providing accurate and timely diagnostic information to improve patient outcomes

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient and Referrer Support**: Be the friendly voice that guides patients and referring healthcare professionals through appointment scheduling, results inquiries, and service coordination.
**Appointment Scheduling**: Efficiently manage appointment bookings, ensuring optimal utilization of our imaging facilities.
**Administrative Excellence**: Maintain accurate records and collaborate with our clinical teams.

**Qualifications**:
**Excellent Communication Skills**: Clear, concise, and empathetic communication is essential.
**Problem-Solving Abilities**: Handle complex situations with empathy and find solutions.
**Tech-Savvy**: Comfortably navigate our systems and software.
**Prior Experience**: Contact centre experience or experience handling high volumes of inbound calls (highly desirable)
