**Who we're looking for**
As a Property Manager, you'll keep your clients satisfied while managing and caretaking your portfolio. You'll perform rental appraisals, conduct open for inspections, and follow up on rental arrears. This hands on role will also see you preparing condition reports, attending to maintenance/repair requirements, and managing inspections. Your portfolio is around 170 properties, with a Saturday rotation of 1 in 6 with time in lieu
