**RECEPTIONIST | FRONT OF HOUSE**

We are seeking an energetic and customer focused individual who can be the front of this successful agency,
**_be the face of the business_**

**_must hold an Agents Representative Certificate._**

**This position is working Monday to Friday and will involve the following tasks**:

- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Answering all incoming calls and assisting as required
- Working closely with the property management and sales team with administrative duties
- Ensuring the office is clean and presentable at all times
- Assisting with the daily mail and banking
- All other duties as required by the director

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Highly organised and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to complete tasks in a prompt manner with initiative to manage and prioritise.
- Impeccable presentation skills with excellent customer service
- Team player and willing to assist
- Someone with a creative flair assisting marketing tasks.

Hours will be working Monday to Friday and in a vibrant location amongst some of Melbourne's iconic shops and cafes.
