**VIP Host - Japanese Speaking**

**Who are you, and what will you do**:
You should be able to build trust and rapport with our players, listen to their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. You'll use your creativity and problem-solving skills to find new and innovative ways to keep our players engaged. And you'll engage with our players, building a sense of community and promoting a positive, fun-loving atmosphere.

As an online casino, all of our communication with our players is done through chat. You'll need to have excellent written communication skills and the ability to express empathy and understanding through chat.

**Please note that in this role our team works 6 days a week for 6 hours per day. The hours are 9am - 2pm (office based) and 9pm-11pm (from home). You will have one weekend day off each week. The office is only open Mon-Fri so the weekend day that you do work, you will work from home**

**What you will do**:

- Initiating proactive relationship-building activities with key clients to maintain strong relationships across the Easygo brands
- Provide VIP customers with industry-leading customer service and gaming experience
- Articulating an extensive knowledge of our products which leads to resolving customer issues
- Daily management and execution of one-on-one contact in response to customer touchpoints
- Monitor VIP customer behaviours, interests, and trends to ensure that customer expectations are met
- 6-day availability across the Australian time zone
- Ability to manage 350 players

**What you will bring**:

- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels within the business are essential
- Strong customer-centric attitude with an interest in the wagering industry
- A willingness to learn harnessed with a proactive personality and a good work ethic are equally vital
- The initiative to go above and beyond and act on opportunities in a timely manner
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPI targets week on week and month on month
- Client focused i.e. committed to delivering innovative solutions that are tailored specifically to clients needs
- Ability to make timely and effective decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, under challenging circumstances
- Meticulous attention to detail and the quality of work produced; ensuring excellence and always seeking ways to improve output
- Drive and determination to continuously develop one's own skills and competencies to assist the continued/ongoing growth and success of Easygo
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin

**Desirable qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar or previous experience in sales
- Experience within the gaming and/or wagering industry is highly regarded but not essential
- Experience with Cryptocurrency is highly regarded but not essential

**Bonus points if you also have**:

- Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
- Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
