We are looking to welcome a **Risk, Quality & Compliance Manager** to our **Newcastle team** to work with our Head of Risk & Compliance to drive risk culture, manage internal processes and procedures and provide advice to the Executive Team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage compliance risks across the firm including AML / CTF, AFSL, ACL, CAANZ etc.
- Provide training and support on risk & compliance matters
- Monitoring incidents, breaches and complaints and liaising with the Executive Team to embed controls
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
- Advise on changes to laws and regulations that may affect the company's compliance obligations
- Review and approve marketing materials and other external communications for compliance with applicable laws and regulations

**Key Requirements**:

- Tertiary degree qualifications in law, commerce, economics, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2x years’ experience in a Compliance-based position in the financial services industry
- Experience with AML/CTF, AFSL and ACL licensing requirements highly regarded
- Experience with working with ASIC highly regarded
