The Coordinator, Web and Media Content is responsible for providing specialist technical support for the promotion and delivery of electronic information, web-based and mobile Library services that enhance the Library's profile and extend the reach of services.

The Coordinator will serve as the Library's expert in the development of its web presence and contribute to the creation of high impact communications across a variety of digital channels, including web and social media. This role will require the individual to have a strong understanding of current digital trends and technologies, as well as the ability to create and curate engaging multimedia content for a diverse audience.

**About the Unit**:
The University Library sits within the Academic Division and plays a pivotal role in supporting the learning and research needs of the UON community. Library staff work in partnership with the University community to provide convenient access to high quality information resources and information management services, tailored programs of student and researcher support, and first-class learning environments.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

**What we offer**:
The remuneration for this position is from $82, 707 p.a. +17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.

- A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated experience in website creation and administration as well as web authoring skills including HTML and CSS.
- Experience creating and maintaining social media and web-based content management tools e.g. LibGuides.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including the capacity to build relationships and an inter-disciplinary way of working.
- Ability to generate a strong sense of team spirit, co-operation and collaboration within and across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to set appropriate goals, prioritise work, manage time and workload, follow through on tasks, report progress, and achieve results.
- Ability to embrace change in response to new initiatives, strategic direction or external requirements.
