**Payroll Project Lead - 8-month fixed term contract**

The Payroll Project Lead is responsible for managing and coordinating the development, implementation, and evaluation of payroll projects to achieve the desired outcomes and support the achievement of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful delivery of HRIS, Payroll, Finance and Student Management modules from On Premise to the TechnologyOne solution
- Ensures that the design is consistent with local needs
- Monitors the consistency of the planning
- Attend all weekly follow-ups, internal to the countries
- Establish and manage all project team activities to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved in an effective and optimal way.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope and within budget and to agreed quality parameters, with changes to agreed baselines documented and approved via Project Change Requests.
- Forge and maintain exceptional stakeholder relationships, including exceptional vendor management skills

Key Qualifications:

- Ability to solve technical, or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge
- Ability to undertake the data collection, cleansing calculation, validation and verification related to payroll
- Experience in award interpretation in a payroll context
- Ability to collaborate with database developers to improve systems and database designs
- Experience in Data analysis and identifying data issues and exceptions
- Strive for continuous improvement and bring efficiencies and effectiveness to the payroll processes
- Excel and spreadsheet skills, Power BI preferable
