**The Client**
This is a large firm with approximately 250 staff in the Sydney CBD office. They are part of a global network of offices and they have the latest technology in place to make the work easy and adaptable.

**The Role**
They are looking for an Administrator/Client Services Coordinator to meet and greet clients and to cater for internal or external meeting as well as general office administration and office maintenance.

**Some Duties & Responsibilities**
- Reception duties and admin support
- Organise for internal and external meetings
- Inhouse role, Monday to Friday office hours
***
**The Applicant**
- Ideally some admin experience from before
- Some proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel etc
- Exceptional organisational skills and able to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with a can-do attitude
- Perfect presentation and communication skills
