**Where you'll be working**

The role is based in Sydney at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards in a brand new, purpose-built campus well serviced by public transport and access to public parking. The building offers activity-based working conditions with agile and flexible workspaces and the latest in technology, modern end-of-trip facilities, and secure bicycle storage. There is an onsite cafe, and a 100-space childcare centre shortly.

**What you'll be doing**

The Program Manager - Curriculum role is based in the HETI Leadership, Management Development and Educational Design portfolio (LMDED).

The role is responsible for supporting implementation of the Diploma of Leadership and Management into the NSW Health Next Generation of Leaders and Managers within NSW Health program. This program assists high performing and valued staff to grow their knowledge of leadership, management and the overall Health system.

The role also supports the development of new and existing programs delivered by LMDED for micro-credentialling, enabling people managers to strengthen their learning base and positioning for their career development.

The role has mastery in engaging participants in their own development and applies curriculum design to help people working in a fast paced complex inter-professional environment. Project management skills enable keeping track of parallel program delivery.

This role supports a wide range of participants and works collaboratively with key members of other portfolios within HETI and external stakeholders.

What impact do you think your approach to curriculum design has on the learner? Describe an experience of adapting to micro learning in the area of self-development - as a consumer or as a curriculum designer.
