**Job Requirements**:
Contract: 6 months initially
Location: Sydney - hybrid/WFH

**The role**:
Looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking a Trainer and Assessor to join their team.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering non-accredited and accredited leadership and management development programs to staff, while ensuring compliance with Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) requirements.

In addition, you will work closely with the Senior Program Manager in all aspects of the Diploma of Leadership and Management program, including curriculum and assessment design, student assessment, student progression, and program evaluation.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent project management skills, the ability to maintain stakeholder relationships, and be comfortable managing diverse resources, including human resources. You will also need to be adaptable and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines, given the high volume, fast-paced environment.
