This small, growing team is seeking to employ an Internal Sales Representative at their Henderson branch. This person will support the team, grow their own skills and build strong relationships with customers.

Our client is established and known in the abrasive blasting and surface preparation industry. They have earned a reputation for their innovative design, exceptional quality, and value for money. Established in 1969, this Australian owned and operated business is a leading manufacturer who delivers premium grade equipment engineered to improve productivity and reduce costs.

**About the opportunity**
Be part of the team that will grow and change the future of our Henderson branch. Work in a unique industry and be involved in streamlining and improving our current customer experience. The Internal Sales Representative will be part of a close-knit team where nothing is too hard to do and everyone is willing to jump in to get the job done.

Your duties may include:

- Customer service (face to face and telephone)
- Receiving customers and make them feel looked after
- Process orders in system
- Test equipment
- Work with team to get work done
- Quoting

**About you**
You are a fast learner and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. You have always been interested in machinery and the mechanics of how things work and may enjoy building or tampering with anything automotive when you get the chance. Building rapport and conversing with people are a strength of yours and you have worked in customer facing roles in the past. You enjoy a challenge and have the ability to “think on your feet”. You will also require:

- A keen attitude for building customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met
- Strong computer skills especially on Word and MYOB
- Data entry skills with eye for detail
- An outgoing and friendly personality
- Be able to multitask
- Driver's license
- Forklift license will be beneficial (not essential)
- Working background in the automotive, mining or oil and gas industry will be beneficial
