Our client, a well-established, family-owned business with branches throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales, is seeking a permanent, full-time Warranty Administrator for their
**Toowoomba **branch.

The Warranty Administrator is responsible for the collation and processing of warranty repairs for all manufacturers within the group. The Warranty Administrator is to promote customer satisfaction to the required dealer standard. Some travel including overnight stays may be required.

Main duties include but not limited to:

- Identification and processing of warranty as per repair order request.
- Obtain prior approval authority and goodwill authority prior to work commencing on repairs, as per manufacturer’s warranty policy manual.
- Reconciliation of the warranty account in conjunction with the Group Operations Manager
- Follow up on any outstanding claim submissions or short payments.
- Follow up daily, for all claims on hold and in error, and action appropriately.
- Ensure that replaced warranty parts are tagged and stored in the appropriated area and kept for the required timeframe.
- Ensure that the repair order and warranty paperwork complies with manufactures audit standards.
- Ensure that the claim is processed maximizing the hours claimed.

Experience & Skills
- Knowledge and understanding of workshop reporting.
- Proficient in DMS and Microsoft Office products
- Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels - written, phone and face to face.
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Time management and organisational skills
