**The Role**
- Dealing room support for IRD, FI, MoneyMarkets business.
- Support internal interfaces which connect with Calypso.

**Key Accountabilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for the Calypso trading platform, including issue resolution and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address any system or process improvements related to Calypso.
- Assist in configuring, testing, and implementing upgrades or enhancements to the Calypso platform.
- Create and maintain documentation related to Calypso support processes and procedures.
- Participate in training sessions for end users on how to effectively utilize the Calypso platform.
- Interact with trading desks on the trade booking into Calypso and provide clarification when risk reporting queries raised.
- Work with business areas such as Market risk/finance/operations to resolve the issues raised and streamline the process where possible.
- Review the current business process and automate where possible.
- Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Calypso.
- Willingness to learn new skills, adapt to evolving technologies, varying environments, and shifting support requirements.
- Pro-active, self-motivated, and eager to accept new challenges.
- Collaborate closely with team members to define and achieve support goals.
- Sense of pride in one's work, commitment, and personal accountability

**What you will bring**:

- 3+ years in a business support or similar role with previous Markets experience highly regarded.
- Proven experience working with Calypso or similar trading platforms in a support capacity.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Calypso certification is a plus, but not required.
