**On Line Recruitment are currently looking for an After Hours Facilitator**

The After Hours Facilitator position requires out going, vibrant and motivated person to deliver lessons and activities within the space of Entrepreneurship. Under the guidance of a qualified Teacher, you will develop lesson plans and run after school programs to children typically between 12 and 16.

**As Education Facilitator, you may be required to;**
- Engage young people in the classroom through learning and teaching.
- Demonstrate effective classroom management skills.
- Build positive relationships in the classroom, grounded in mutual respect, patience and understanding.
- Develop relevant and engaging content.
- Prepare, deliver and adapt lesson plans

**What we are looking for in a After hours Facilitator**

To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:

- High-energy, creative and has a passion for working with children
- entrepreneurial background, interested in or have started your own business or side hustle
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to recognise priorities, work independently and multitask.
- A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Have a valid drivers license to drive to Schools if required

**Salary**: From $33.85 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
