**About Us**

We are a dynamic group of companies providing essential services across sectors, led by Crown Waste Solutions in waste management and recycling. We also operate businesses in secure destruction and the 10c container refund scheme. We’re seeking an IT Manager to oversee and optimise our IT infrastructure across multiple businesses, ensuring secure and efficient operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **IT Operations**: Manage IT infrastructure, including UniFi systems, routers, switches, and VPNs across all offices.
- **Phone Systems**: Oversee the 3CX Phone System for VoIP, video conferencing, and messaging.
- Device & Plan Management: Issue devices, manage Vodafone plans, and oversee Telstra or MSP internet services.
- **Systems Management**: Deploy and maintain company computers, mobile devices, and logistics systems, including GPS tracking.
- **Programming**: Develop and maintain internal systems using Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, Svelte, Flutter, and Angular.
- **Server & Security**: Manage servers on AWS, Digital Ocean, and Google Cloud, ensuring high availability and security.
- **Digital Presence**: Manage social media and digital marketing with MSPs, including Google Ads and website coordination.
- **Support & Training**: Provide technical support and training, collaborating with departments to align IT with business goals.
- **Project Management**: Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and infrastructure expansions.

**Experience & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- **IT Management**: 5+ years of experience overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, and security.
- **Programming**: 5+ years in Laravel, PHP, Javascript, or similar languages, with a background in software development.
- **Server & Security**: Experience managing AWS, DigitalOcean, and Google Cloud servers with strong security protocols.
- **Digital & Marketing**: Experience managing digital presence and marketing coordination with MSPs.
- **Leadership**: Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- **Certifications**: Knowledge of ISO and NAID AAA certifications is highly preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Advanced certifications (ITIL, CISSP, PMP).
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Admin services.
