We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Salesperson. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right outdoor gear and equipment to suit their needs, providing product knowledge and advice, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice on outdoor gear and equipment
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stay up-to-date on product features, trends, and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Passion for outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, fishing, or cycling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Set hours and one weekend day off.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
