**The Role: Outdoor Adventure Enthusiast**

**Responsibilities**:

- Walk and talk with colleagues and customers who share your passion for adventure, creating an engaging and dynamic atmosphere.
- Expertly equip and clothe your customers from a carefully curated selection of products from world-renowned outdoor brands.
- Lead and inspire your team to meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the ongoing success of the store.
- Oversee stock control and back-of-house operations, optimizing efficiency to ensure you are always ready for adventure.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A high-energy, proactive leader who can drive a store to meet and surpass its business objectives.
- Previous experience in managing retail stock flow, ensuring processes run smoothly.
- The ability to efficiently handle large volumes of stock, maintaining order and organization.
- Experience in effectively replenishing stock to keep shelves full and customers happy.
- A detail-oriented individual who upholds the highest standards in visual merchandising.
- Prior experience and knowledge in one or more outdoor activities, such as bushwalking, adventure travel, trail running, or climbing.
