Market leaders in the outdoor leisure category are looking for an Assistant Manager with a passion for inventory management. Whilst the role is primarily focused on stock control, responsibilities will exist beyond back-of-house supporting the management and sales teams to drive this fast growing buiness.

**The role**:

- Walk and talk with colleagues and customers that share your passion for adventure.
- Equip and clothe your customers with confidence from an expertly curated range of product from some of the world's leading brands
- Drive a team to meet KPIs and support the store's continuous success
- Oversee stock-control and back-of-house maximising operational efficiency

**What we are looking for**:

- High energy and pro-active in leading a store to meet business objectives
- Have previous experience with retail stock flow management processes
- Ability to process large volumes of stock in a well-organised and efficient manner
- Experience in ensuring effective stock replenishment
- Provide support to management team, ensuring inventory accuracy at all times
- Attention to detail in maintaining standards and disciplines of visual merchandising
