Property Development Assistant

Dabbagh Entreprises, a Melbourne-based property development organization, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Property Development Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the efficient and safe loading of finished products onto transport vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and compile relevant planning regulations and zoning codes for proposed development sites.
- Liaise with council planning officers to address inquiries, clarifications, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with architects, ensuring their designs adhere to council requirements and zoning restrictions.
- Assist in the preparation of pre-construction documents, such as development briefs and feasibility reports.
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system for all project-related documents and communication.
- Ad hoc duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a property development or construction-related role.
- Strong understanding of local council planning and development regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to conduct occasional site visits.
