**About the role**:
We currently have a great opportunity for a Admin Assistant/ Personal Assistant to join our team. This role will act as the key Administration Support to all internal team members and our customers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- General Administration
- Office support to the project manger / project management team.
- Data entry / reconciliation.
- Customer service / liaise with clients.
- Handle enquiries and complete follow ups.
- Source and purchase items from operations.
- Assist with document preparation and occasional report generation.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Xero.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail.
- Prioritization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to do things on your own and be confident in all aspects of work required.
- Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently.
- Previous experience in construction not necessary but highly recommended.
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administration position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Drivers licence and reliable transport.
- COVID-19 vaccinated.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Xero.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $20.33 - $26.69 per hour

Schedule:

- Morning shift
