**The Organisation**
Our client is a highly successful industrial business experiencing positive growth as they continue to take over market share in their industry through acquisitions, with a goal to build a stable and high performing business for their employees. Due to this positive growth, they have a newly created role for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join the team.
**The Role**
Duties include but not limited to:
- Responsible for ordering of uniforms and stationery supplies.
- Mail sorting, delivering and forwarding
- Ordering keys and passes for staff and managing the day to day upkeep of the office environment.
- Administration tasks such as tidying copier areas, utility areas, meeting rooms and common area kitchens throughout the property
- Provide assistance with agenda planning for meetings and travel arrangements when needed.
- Offer support to our national branches by facilitating their office supply needs.
- Record incoming leads into Baseplan for tracking and management.
- Deliver general business support to both external and internal stakeholders.
- Organising courier services as necessary.
- Providing valuable assistance to the operations team and contributing to various systems projects.
**About You**
- Prior experience working in a Reception or Office Administration capacity
- Present a positive and can-do approach to the role
- Show initiative and possess the ability to work autonomously.
- Efficient and effective administration skills with high attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholder to ensure the best possible customer experience
