**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and direct processes and R&D (research and development) to meet the needs of our AI strategy
- Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions
- Use AI tools like Jasper, ChatGPT, Imagine, and Writesonic for chat automation, blog writing, social media posts, and design creations.
- Advise C-suite executives and business leaders on a broad range of technology, strategy, and policy issues associated with AI.
- Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures in collaboration with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership
- Articulate and document the solutions architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and accelerated incubation.
- Manage a team in conducting assessments of the AI and automation market and competitor landscape.
- Serve as liaison between stakeholders and project teams, delivering feedback and enabling team members to make necessary changes in product performance or presentation.
- **Required skills and qualifications**:

- Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP
- Experience in program leadership, governance, and change enablement
- Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns
- Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations

**Preferred skills and qualifications**:

- For Senior roles only - Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or a related field
- For Senior roles only - Experience with innovation accelerators
- For Senior roles only - Experience with cloud environments
- Fluent English.
- For Senior roles only -Proficient in using Devops.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Great team player and able to collaborate easily with a team virtually
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- For Senior roles only - 5 + years of related project management experience is required.
- For Senior roles only - Experience leading Digital projects is a vital asset.
- For Senior roles only -Formal education in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to train and develop project staff in all aspects of project requirements.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management software.
- A positive mindset with the perfect English language to work for a Multinational globally.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Self-motivated, with an attitude to join an Australian-based culture.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders accurately.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
