**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a Guest Relations Manager to join our team. The Guest Relations Manager will serve as the face of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, championing Heartist and guest activities throughout the property.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for:

- Liaising with guests and fast-tracking their service requirements
- Coordinating pre-arrival interactions, working with relevant departments to ensure smooth guest transitions and recognition.
- Actively involving themselves in VIP networking functions
- Updating operational departments daily with VIP movements and special requirements, and compile detailed feedback reports to facilitate improvements.
- Proactively respond to in-house guest priorities or requests and support the Front Office and other departments when required.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of proven experience within a hotel/resort environment
- Possess a strong background in Front Office procedures and Opera PMS
- Experience supervising, training, and motivating team members and creating rosters while adhering to wage control.
- Solid Hospitality knowledge, including Front Office and Food & Beverage, is also required.
- Excellent time management and communication skills, including rapport building between internal and external stakeholders.
- A well-presented appearance with an eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
- A calm and professional attitude is required in all instances, with confidence in conflict resolution and complaint handling.
