**About the Client**

Our client, an established and leading development firm with a diverse portfolio of assets is looking for an experienced **Investor Relations Manager** to be based in Brisbane and will work closely with Investors.

**Scope of the role but not limited to;**
- You have to oversee the development and execution of investor relations activities to facilitate communication and liaison with the investment community and the market.
- Proactively engage and manage internal and external stakeholders, senior management, investors, analysts, and fund managers.
- Responsible for facilitating communications and liaison with the unitholders and responding to press and media queries.
- Organize and participate in briefings, analyst meetings, and investor conferences.
- Oversee the drafting of quarterly announcements, annual reports, corporate communication collaterals, press releases, and presentation slides.
- Perform a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation.
- You have to develop &monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function.
- Manage the investor relations portion of the company website.
- Represent the views of the investor community to the management team in developing corporate strategies.
- Ensure compliance with the disclosure and reporting requirements under the Listing Manual and the law.

**This role requires**:

- At least holding at least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Possess prior experience of relevant investor relations experience.
- You need to be strong in research, analysis and writing
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
- A team player while able to work independently.
