We are seeking an
**Enrolment Secretary/ Administration Officer** to undertake a diverse range of administration tasks within our busy school office. You will work as part of a collaborative team providing services to parents, students, school staff and the wider school community.
Typical duties include:

- Enrolment management and Marketing,
- Administration of filing and online management systems (eMinerva);
- Assisting School Leadership with various administration tasks;
- Assisting with organisation of school events and activities;
- Creating weekly school newsletters and first aid duties (First Aid certificate required).

Ideally you will have:

- At least two years administration experience;
- Sound Microsoft Office skills,
- Display proven communication and interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.

**Estimated start date**:Commencing January 2023

**Position tenure**:Fixed Term

**Weeks worked**:Up to 52 weeks per year including school holidays

**Tenure duration **(where Fixed Term)**:12 months

**Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required**:15.2 hours per week - required to work on Monday and Tuesday of each week

**Salary level, range or hourly rate**:School Officer Level 3 - $30.97 per hour
