**YOUR ROLE**

This is an incredibly exciting time for IAG when it comes to being digitally present in the market, we have kicked off a large-scale transformation within our Customer Experience team in our Direct Insurance Australia division (DIA), the goal of this transformation is to uplift NRMA’s digital presence within the market.

The role of an Agile Coach is to enable teams to work collaboratively, innovate, through coaching of techniques that promote adaptability and flexibility to better deliver value to customers.You'll drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset, and ensure DIA is working to industry best practices. They'll be responsible for mentoring and guiding teams to identify the right solutions for their projects.

In this role you'll analyze the existing infrastructure, recommend and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies.

This role is a
** 24-Month Max-Term** contract with potential opportunity to extend for another 12months at the end, open to all major cities within Australia.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You posses extensive years of experience as an agile coach with expert knowledge of agile principles and practices, with the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organisation
- Good experience of project management, methodologies and hands on experience in coaching all aspects of program delivery, including influencing delivery teams and stakeholders
- Proven track record of coaching teams and stakeholders on agile methodoliges, seeking continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder management and open trust-based relationships ability to identify, develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to influence a diverse group to align to a common goal and deliverables
- Certification as agile coach or scrum master is preferred.
