What's the Job About?

We're on the lookout for an Agile Coach to join us and guide agile teams through transformational change, boosting engagement and achieving key business goals. This role involves creating and implementing new ways of working across Cuscal. As an Agile Coach leading Communities of Practice, your responsibilities include training Cuscal employees, supporting various teams, and spearheading the adoption of Agile practices. You will use your expertise to help teams embrace Agile methodologies, tackle business challenges, and drive cultural transformation.

Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities:

  • Implement agile practices across teams and the organization
  • Coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and scaled Agile teams
  • Embed agile practices across the organization
  • Create coaching plans for teams
  • Deliver Agile training for teams and stakeholders
  • Support the scaling framework and facilitate when needed
  • Contribute to the Agile knowledge base
  • Track and report on agile metrics
  • Resolve barriers to agile implementation

What Are We Looking For?

To qualify for this role, you need a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Agile Coach, preferably in software development projects. You must have proven experience in coaching agile teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters. Your deep knowledge of Agile and Lean values and hands-on experience with Scrum Agile will be essential. Additionally, you should excel in educating and facilitating agile training, have strong communication skills, and be able to navigate various agile frameworks effectively. A Scrum Master/Product Owner certification is required.
