**The opportunity**
- VPSGrade 6.1 role, earning $127,467 - $149,024 per year plus super
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team at Cherry Creek
- Provide strategic oversight on clinical operations.

The Clinical Manager, Rehabilitation and Behaviour Support reports directly to the Senior Manager, Rehabilitation and Outcomes, and will lead a team of senior clinicians, clinicians, practice leads and senior practice and behaviour change specialists to deliver evidence-based criminogenic and non-criminogenic psychosocial programs. The position will also provide practice guidance and support to operational staff and direct interventions with young people in relation to the management of complex behaviours in custody.

The Clinical Manager, Rehabilitation and Behaviour Support will be key to the initial mobilisation and establishment of the new facility by assisting in the development of operational documents, including operating manuals, and contribute to the recruitment, selection and training of staff leading them through the operational readiness phase and into ongoing facility operations.

The Clinical Manager, Rehabilitation and Behaviour Support will be accountable for all aspects of the delivery of rehabilitation services and manages performance, meeting service targets, resources, quality assurance by identifying emerging issues and implementing research-based solutions.

**To be successful in the ro**le, you **will** have **adept leadership and **stakeholder management **qualities** with **a focus** on innovative service delivery **and** the acumen **to build **capability across your team.**

It is also a requirement of this role that you have registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.
