**The Opportunity**

BlueScope Distribution is looking for **Warehouse team members **to join the **operations **based in **Granville**. BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium product. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.

This opportunity will see you operate forklifts and overhead cranes to prepare orders for our customer deliveries, while monitoring product quality and remaining committed to your safety and that of the team. You will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of our warehouse role, allowing for future career development opportunities.

We have roles available on either or day (6am-2pm) or afternoon (2pm-10pm) shifts, Monday-Friday. This is a full time role, permanent role with guaranteed and consistent hours every week. You will have access to our Employee Assistance Program, health and well-being initiatives including Fitness Passport. You will receive an hourly rate between $30-$32/hour + afternoon shift allowance if applicable.

**What Will You Do?**

As a valued member of our Granville team, you will:

- learn to operate forklifts and overhead cranes
- accurately pick and pack orders to prepare for customer delivery
- operate processing machinery to prepare orders for our customers
- successfully contribute to a safe working environment
