**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Making a difference in aged care by coordinating a meaningful lifestyle program that overcomes boredom, inactivity, isolation and depression with our residents.
- Working in a multicultural diverse home that embraces all cultures and cultural celebrations
- Creating, facilitating and evaluating individual and group lifestyle programs to ensure that our residents have the best day possible each and every day.
- Work in consultation with the wider care team to provide relevant and timely information for the care planning process
- You will be supported and guided by the Lifestyle Coordinator.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Completed or currently enrolled in Certificate IV in Lifestyle & Leisure (Diversional Therapy), or similar
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a lifestyle or personal care role in an aged care environment
- First Aid Level II certificate
- Highly motivated and engaging personality with a desire to teach and make a difference within the home
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills and an excellent relationship-builder
- Previous experience delivering recreational activities and the ability to work within a team
