Join our Retail and Business Banking aligned Compliance team in Sydney and play a key role in advising, reviewing, and challenging compliance risks in the division.

**What role will you play?**

As a Manager in the team, you will review and enhance the compliance and risk management framework across multiple retail products and advise and assist key stakeholders to meet their compliance requirements, including documenting the existence and adequacy of controls.

You will work closely with the business on new and amended regulations and standards and assist with assessing business impacts as well as perform targeted compliance risk and policy reviews. You will play a key role in incident management and breach reporting, tracking identified control improvements and actions to ensure they are implemented.

**About the Risk Management Group**

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
