**The Position - Part Time 30 hrs per week**

We’re looking for an Administration Assistant / Human Resources or Recruitment Graduate to join our team of professionals in our Burleigh office.

You will be a passionate people person who has the mindset of ‘nothings an issue’ and wanting to help and support the business and the team learning as much as you can along the way.

This position is suited to someone just out of university / TAFE (or similar) with minimum experience working within a professional office and or the HR profession.

Working Monday - Friday, 6 hours per day, we will ensure your success in your responsibilities which will include:

- General office administration and support i.e.
- Receptionist - answering all incoming phone calls
- Greeting all visitors to the firm offering water, tea and or coffee
- Receiving incoming deliveries and distributing the same
- Ensuring the meeting room, kitchen and office areas are always clean and tidy
- Organising staff events i.e. food, drinks, venues etc
- Organising couriers from time to time
- And just general support and care for the team and business
- Recruitment support
- The position will evolve over time until you are competent and excelling as a recruitment specialist conducting end-to-end recruitment campaigns
- Open, honest and transparent communication both with the client and internally
- Attending clients at their premises****:

- Some employee life-cycle administration
- General administration and HR support from time to time

**About You**

With your passion for wanting to work in a professional services office and strong interest in people / human resources / recruitment you can only succeed in the role.

You will have a want to learn, grow, succeed and be looking to have a perfect start to your career. You will be happy to just get in and be involved and help out wherever and however needed. You will also have a solutions focused / problem solving attitude. You will be:

- Degree or Certificate qualified in Human Resources / Recruitment / Business or similar
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and generally computer savvy in order to learn our internal systems
- Professional in your approach to work with a sense of humour
- Willing to learn on the job and take direction and feedback with a pro-active and ‘can-do’ attitude
- Be able to work as part of a time and at other times focus on the task at hand
- Confident to be able to speak to all types of people building rapport and trust along the way
- Looking for a long term employment and career growth with us
