**Junior Medical Receptionist**

Our busy private psychology practice in Tweed Heads is looking for a trainee Medical Receptionist. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated applicant to undertake a Traineeship in Cert 3 Business Administration.

**The Role**

You will be the face of our organisation therefore amazing customer service is a must. Your duties will include:

- Taking enquiries and bookings for clients.
- Greeting clients and answering calls.
- Managing referrals and data entry.
- Billing including Medicare Online, TYRO and EFTPOS payments.
- Assist other team members as required.
- Completion of general administrative support tasks.

- Lovely telephone manner with a strong customer focus and unflappable can-do attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- A reliable and fast learner with a good work ethic.
- Flexibility in hours and days available.
- Current drivers’ license and reliable vehicle.
- Eligible for a traineeship.

**All applicants must be prepared to complete a 12m traineeship which involves completing a Certificate 3 in Business Administration.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $15.13 - $22.51 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
