- To ensure the successful operational delivery of the ninth edition of this competition, we have set up a Local FIFA Subsidiary (LFS). Its aim is to improve the experience of over 1.1 billion people watching the FIFA Women's World Cup, by delivering innovative solutions across all operational areas.

**Job responsibilities**
- As Marketing Venue Manager, reporting to the Marketing Rights Delivery Manager you will be responsible you will be responsible to manage all marketing activities within venue, ensure delivery of contractual rights and obligations of the FIFA Commercial Affiliates.**J**
**ob duties**
Your role as Marketing Venue Manager includes the following responsibilities:

- Work with the wider Marketing Rights Delivery team to deliver all matters related to Marketing Services unit's objectives and obligations within nominated stadium/s;
- Under the guidance of the FIFA Marketing Venue Manager, implement all marketing programmes within nominated stadium/s, as per the rights granted to each FIFA Commercial Affiliate;
- Collaborate with Venue General Manager, Stadium Authority and other Functional Areas to assist in facilitating the delivery of the rights and obligations of FIFA Commercial Affiliates on venue;
- Together with the wider Marketing Rights Delivery team, coordinate and deliver any site inspections, training/orientation days and FIFA Commercial Affiliates operational visits, whilst demonstrating an thorough understanding of the marketing requirements at the stadium.
- Facilitate site preparation and Commercial Affiliate activation installation at nominated Brand Activation Areas at the stadium, ensuring all certification and documentation requirements are fulfilled, working closely with the overlay managing contractor, WHS representative and the Venue General Manager.
- Manage the implementation of FIFAs Clean Site Guiding Principles to ensure the stadium is delivered commercially clean for FIFAs exclusive use period, protecting FIFAs Commercial Affiliates' exclusivity.
- Ensure the sponsor recognition programme, including LED pitch advertising boards, blindside boards, flash backdrops, press conference backdrops, welcome banners etc. are correctly installed and implemented in nominated areas of the stadium, as per guidelines provided by FIFA.
- Collaborate on the implementation of marketing operations projects at the stadium, e.g. Value-in-Kind, Special Marketing Programmes and other sponsor activities, parking operations, accreditation, ticketing etc.
- Support the Marketing Rights Delivery team with other projects as required.
- Represent the LFS as key member of the Marketing Venue Team during the tournament period.
- Prepare tournament debrief reports.
- Any other duties that may be required.

**Qualifications and experience**
- A minimum experience of 5 years working in sports event management, ideally with experience in stadium operations, sponsorship, marketing and/or brand activations (preferably in football);
- Strong understanding of marketing operations in major event settings;
- Strong knowledge of event planning and event project management processes and collaborative planning skills;
- Relevant University degree;
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a hybrid team of workforce and volunteers;
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and networking skills;
- Resistance to stress and intense work environments, with the ability to be persistent and dedicated to procedures;
- Pride in quality of work and a drive to achieve the best possible outcomes;
- Service-oriented approach (towards Commercial Affiliates);
- Ability to adopt a strategic view, take decisions and react promptly in a measured way;
- Good analytical and conceptual skills;
- Great attention to detail and ability to produce work of a high standard;
