**The Business**:
**The Position**:
This is a part time role for approximately 20 hours per week (flexible days & times). You will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and you will be responsible for a variety of tasks some of which will include**The Duties**:

- Organise and coordinate online registrations for various seminars
- Assist with the website interface and AV requirements for seminars
- Create and distribute attendee information and feedback forms
- Collate and analysis feedback
- Create running sheets and coordinate presenters
- Room set up and catering requirements
- Other tasks as required.

**The Requirements**:

- Strong proven experience in a similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very strong organisational skills.
