**The Position**

The Acting VCE Coordinator works collaboratively with VCE teachers to support the design, construction and delivery of learning and teaching within the VCE framework. This framework reflects student choice and agency, providing a curriculum that is engaging, purposeful and accessible to all students by promoting partnerships between school and home.

**ABOUT YOU**

As an experienced VCE Teacher, you will posses strong attention to detail and organisation. Partnering with appropriate College Personnel, you will thrive in supporting a VCE program to create positive opportunities for students.

**Key Selection Criteria**

**Essential**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Education with evidence of continuous formal learning in a relevant field.
- Accreditation to Teach RE or Lead in a Catholic School, working towards attainment or preparedness to commence working towards attainment.
- Experience in the delivery of the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE)
- Highly developed understanding of sustainable positive education practices.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead others.
- Forward thinking and innovative.

**Desirable**:

- Experience managing projects and resources.
- Experience in a faith-based setting, and capacity to positively advance the College’s mission and Mercy values.

Classification is in accordance with the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022:

- Teacher T1-1 to T2-6 plus 11% superannuation
- POL 3 allowance of $9,439 gross per annum
