**YOUR ROLE**

Based at our Truganina, VIC offices, we’re seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to ensure all operational activities, processes and systems relating to the operating of the sites are facilitated to the company’s contractual obligations and service standards.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**

Specifically, you will:

- Build and maintain productive and impactful relationships with the customers
- Assist with development and to maintain administrative processes and systems
- Ensure all customers accurately billed to agreed schedule
- liaises with key clients and stakeholders within the VIC area of operations.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

You should also have:

- Experience in customer service / administration role or equivalent in the supply chain and 3PL environment
- Excellent Microsoft Excel to populate and manipulate data
- High Level interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- A strong customer service and customer relationship management orientation, with a "can-do' attitude
