**Main Responsibilities, Key points about this role**:

- Point of call for General purchasing queries. Assist with stock and inventory requests from customer service, sales team and Knoxfield help desk, including actioning of sales order maintenance
- Assist the Material Planning and Procurement Manager on analysis and assessment of vendor price increases
- Supporting yearly stocktake, actioning regular reporting
- Act promptly for Customer Service & Branch personnel relative to queries relating to the supply of items within the Stramit service offer.
- Provide assistance to the Material Planning & Procurement Manager with the review of all Purchasing and Supplier issues.
- This is a full time opportunity on site, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately due to the nature of this incredibly important role, you are required to be on site (no work from home)

- Fantastic team player who demonstrates excellent customer service skills, backed with strong communication both written and verbal
- Excellent administrative skills, you are a tech savvy individual who can work your way around systems and follow processes. Has a keen eye for the finer details
- Customer focused with the ability to understand their needs and delivering exceptional results
- Experience in similar role highly regarded, however full training will be provided for this position
- Full working rights in Australia (unrestricted)
