We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Internal Communications Advisor to join our Communications team.**About Us**:
The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) has been advancing health for everyone, every day since 1848. Our care extends from the City through Royal Park, with mental health and aged care services across the inner west. Leading with kindness, we put people first and work together to achieve excellence.**Your new role**:
Reporting to the Internal Communications and Brand Manager, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders to lead internal communications projects and support content that helps make the RMH a great place to work and a great place to receive care.**What you’ll be doing**:
- Lead, plan, implement and manage strategic internal communications campaigns and content for key operational projects
- Craft compelling messages and content across a range of channels, including video, web and social media
- Build relationships and offer best practice communications advice and support
- Participate in a communications team on call media roster and assist in responding to media queries when required
**About You**:
You have relevant qualifications in marketing, PR, journalism or communications, as well as:
- Three to four years of experience in the communications sector.
- A passion for creating impactful content across various communication channels.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to build relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to support team members and respond to dynamic communication needs.
