Job Description About your role

In the Engagement and Internal Communications team, we are the narrators, curators, and advisors who translate strategy, organisational values, and priorities to enhance communication, improve alignment, and boost productivity within TIO.

Our ultimate goal is to foster an informed, diverse, and engaged workforce.
Additionally, our team is dedicated to facilitating a seamless hybrid work experience and coordinating internal event activities.

Responsibilities:
Drive key projects organisation-wide, offering creative solutions, project support, and communication guidance.
Coordinate communications for core TIO programs, collaborating with key stakeholders from various departments.
Organise monthly 'Community Days' to facilitate learning and connection among TIO staff and various events throughout the year.
Deliver impactful communication tailored to our hybrid workforce, ensuring staff are informed about news, events, and actions.
Provide communication guidance to leaders, especially within management and executive roles.
Assist in implementing employee engagement surveys and action plans to enhance the working environment.

Co-lead the delivery of our annual recognition event, The People Awards, which connects everyone at the TIO with our organisational values, helps them understand the role we play in building our culture and celebrates their achievements.

Desired Skills and Experience Experience working in a communications role (3+ years)
Strong written, visual and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using various mediums to communicate your story
Intermediate experience with the following systems:content management systems (i.e.
Share Point)
Microsoft Office (365) suite
Adobe In Design
Google Analytics
Workplace social platforms (such as Teams or Slack)
e DM software (such as Melon Mail or Mail Chimp)
online apps (Survey Monkey) and Desirable skills and Qualifications:
Ability to build strong relationships with people across an entire business.
Multimedia production (still images/photography, video, digital) video script writing.
Comfortable operating in an exciting but sometimes ambiguous environment with tight deadlines.
Resourcefulness - prepared and willing to find quick and easy solutions creating their own design, video and copy.
