Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking to take the next step in their HR career, or a HR Business Partner keen to develop their skills and experience in a high performing team environment? If so, then this could be the role for you

Working alongside and being supported by an experienced Senior HR Business Partner, this role will support and partner closely with key stakeholders within your designated customer group to help deliver appropriate people solutions.

The role is varied, but the main focus areas include; business partnering, workforce planning and org development & change management.

**Business Partnering**:

- Act as the SME in supporting stakeholders with their people matters
- Coach and build capability of people leaders to facilitate empowering people management
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective people practices

**Workforce Planning**:

- Support org design to ensure structure, positions and services can deliver business outcomes
- Leverage people metrics to develop people related solutions within your customer group
- Embed effective attraction and retention strategies that support the EVP

**Org Development & Change Management**:

- Contribute and advise on key org development initiatives and change projects
- Actively promote cultural change and support new ways of working to drive continuous improvement

Naturally you will come from a HR generalist background with a raft of skills and experiences in your tool kit to leverage. You are a curious and intuitive problem solver who gets a kick out of helping people and delivering positive outcomes.

You know what questions to ask at the right time to best understand the need and are at ease in building trusting relationships with a variety of stakeholders at different levels.

Of course you enjoy working within a positive team environment and everything good that comes from it.

While this is a fixed term contract until Dec 2023, you will be joining a large HR function where more opportunity could follow.
