Your focus will include:
- Prepare employment documentation for new and existing employees- Create and maintain personnel records in HRIS- Create reports and presentations on HR metrics and information- Liaise with Payroll on personnel commencement, changes and exits to align with monthly payroll deadlines- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team- Contribute to continuous improvement to HR processes and procedures
What you will bring to the team:
- A genuine enthusiasm and team orientated approach to your work- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail- 1-2 years’ experience in an administration role will be highly regarded- Advanced level knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel- Strong problem-solving capabilities and willingness to seek solutions- Previous experience with Workday is desirable- Experience in HR would be beneficial but not essential
